Except that its NOT. Its a fan-made artwork made by deviantartist JPRart which you can see by clicking here.
Remember when I mentioned that I hate the new outfit? I take it back now. JPRart definitely made the new suit look cool - yes including the damn collar - and I like it. DC should get this guy a job... as in NOW.
